Wireless networks are challenging environments for a real-time high bandwidth solution like VGo.  Therefore it is recommended that only the VGo be connected wirelessly.  VGo has special software to help eliminate issues such as latency and packet loss found on wireless networks.  Some users have connected their computers using WiFi and the performance is fine but others have found that having two wireless segments (the VGo and the computer) that are not error free can degrade performance to the point where it doesn't work well.  VGo does not recommend that a user's computer be connected using a cellular service.
